Drum teaching facilities

I have a studio at home in North Shields, Tyne & Wear, equipped with the most up to date equipment including the top of the range Roland TD 20KV electronic drum kit, which offers an incredible range of dynamics & expression - about as close to playing an acoustic kit as you can get. This is powered by a full range PA system which provides a very realistic feel. This allows for excellent mixing of the kit to the many play along tracks that are available in a vast array of drumming styles today.

Home Studio

I also have the capability to record good quality audio or video examples from any lesson direct to computer (video from home studio only), which are immediately transferable direct to your memory stick for later scrutiny at home for those who require back up to the lessons.

Criminal Records Bureau checked

Through my work in schools I have frequent CRB checks which are available upon request for your peace of mind. I also invite parents to sit in on lessons if they wish. This can prove quite useful particularly for younger children.

Drum lessons at Newcastle Drum Centre

As of February 2008 I have teamed up with Graeme Hare and Dave Lourie to teach out of the Newcastle Drum Centre, Akenside Hill, Newcastle.
